Here at Quiet Cosplay each item is made to order by us specifically for you! Direct-to-garment embroidery products are subject to slight variations due to each item being made individually. Each design has been worn and wash tested to ensure it will be comfortable to wear while also holding a good quality.

For Sweatshirts and Hoodies we use Gildan products and for T-Shirts we use Comfort Colors. Sweatshirts and Hoodies are a 50/50 cotton and polyester heavy blend. T-shirts are 100% preshrunk ringspun cotton. All products and sizes are unisex unless otherwise noted.

If you would like to change or cancel your order please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee to honor any changes or cancellation requests received after 24 hours.

Returns Policy

All our shirts are custom embroidered each time an order is placed. Due to each item being created on demand we do not accept returns. That said, if there is some defect or issue with the product you receive we would love the opportunity to make it right. Please email us at Orders@QuietCosplay.com with any issues.

Washing Instructions

For best results, we recommend turning your clothing inside out and washing on a gentle/cold cycle, then air drying to protect the embroidery and prevent shrinkage.
